FAQ

Will there be a replay? I can't make the live training...

Yes! We get that as busy moms we can't find a time that works for everyone, so after the training you will receive a recording via email that is yours to keep forever.

BUT if you can make the live workshop you will get to ask questions about your unique circumstances, and receive direct coaching based on your needs.

What do I need for the training?

You will need:

1. a computer or device to access the workshop on ZOOM

2. some space to try the core restore exercises

3. a small ball or pillow

4. a yoga or exercise mat is helpful, but not necessary

I just had a baby, is this okay for me?

Yes, after 6 weeks post-partum and you have been cleared for exercise you can begin working to restore your core. But whether you've recently had a baby, or it's been 10-15 years since your pregnancy, this will be helpful for your core.

I have a back injury, will this help me?

We recommend that you first see a doctor or physical therapist if you have a serious injury, but we have helped clients who are dealing with chronic pain, sciatica, surgeries, c-sections, hip replacements, and disc injuries and this program is a safe and gentle way to begin rebuilding core strength.

Will this help me lose belly fat?

Unfortunately, we can't target fat loss in specific areas of our bodies through exercise.

However, this program will help you feel more firm and solid in your mid section, improve your posture, and lay the foundation for you to safely do higher intensity workouts that can help on your fat-loss journey.

Often we see moms jump too-soon into high intensity workouts in an effort to lose weight before taking the time to heal and strengthen critical core muscles, leading to injuries, pain, and further complications that prolong the weight loss journey.
