Megan Libassi

Mom of 2 busy boys, 1 who has Down Syndrome and a rare disease in his colon, she knows a LOT about the stress of juggling a busy schedule, caring for your child's needs, and keeping yourself healthy as a mom.

She's a certified personal trainer, health coach, fitness nutrition specialist, and yoga instructor, with 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.

After experiencing trauma related to her son's medical experiences, extremely high levels of stress and anxiety, and eventually exhaustion and burnout, she began her own healing journey back to physical and mental health through exercise, nutrition, and stress management.

Now Megan supports other special needs moms to improve their energy, strength, and stress levels through her online programs with Oxygen Fitness Coaching.

30 Minute Gentle Yoga Sessions

This 6 week yoga course includes 30 minute gentle yoga sessions designed to help you restore

your nervous system, find physical and mental calm, and reconnect with yourself as a busy mom.

The course includes pre-recorded yoga sessions delivered every other day through our free app. You'll receive reminder notifications and be able to track your progress through the course. If you prefer to do fewer yoga sessions each week, you can complete the course in your own time instead.

Gentle yoga is suitable for all fitness levels and no experience is necessary.

Recommended equipment is a yoga mat but working on carpet would be fine as well.
