About Me! Who Am I?


Hi! I’m Megan, busy mom of 2 boys, 1 who was has extra needs. I’m also a certified personal trainer and health coach, and founder of Oxygen Fitness Coaching and the Mom Restore System.


I help special needs moms who deal with low energy to feel and look their best through balanced eating and exercise.


After my son was born with Down Syndrome and had so many medical/therapy needs, I hit a really low point in my own health. I realized I had to restore my body before I would truly be my best for him, and I did it by finding ways to eat better (not less) and reducing my stress through exercise and mindfulness.


My favorite things (besides my awesome kids) are a good cup of coffee, spending time outdoors, reading books, and my dog, Pesto.
