Hi! I'm Megan...
I'm a mom of 2 busy boys, 1 who has Down Syndrome and rare disease in his colon. I know a LOT about juggling a busy schedule and keeping yourself healthy as a mom.
I'm a certified personal trainer, health coach, fitness nutrition specialist, and yoga instructor, with nearly 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.
My passion is empowering busy moms with simple fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness habits so they can improve their energy, strength, and stress levels.
This echos through in my coaching, as I don't focus only on the physical benefits of fitness, but the mental and emotional side, too. Throughout the workouts, I'm reminding you why you showed up, encouraging you to listen to your body and find the level that feels best for where you're at, and celebrating every little win you have!

We keep it simple in the BOOST workouts. You'll need a variety of hand weights, anywhere from light to heavy.
We also use resistance bands (loops and handled bands) for core and strength workouts. And you'll want a yoga or exercise mat to be able to comfortably work on the floor.
You have 2 options for the program:
1. In the Basic plan, you access the workouts through our membership site on your computer, tablet, or phone.
2. In the Community or Coaching plan, you access the workouts through our JustCoach app where we track your progress in the program. These workouts can be viewed on your phone or tablet, or cast to your Smart TV.
These workouts are simple, follow-along videos with options for ALL fitness levels. Our clients include young moms in their 20s to grandmoms in their 70s! You can definitely be successful as a beginner wherever you are on your journey.
We have a 6 Week Startup Plan with workouts every other day that's perfect for beginners who want to build up to the daily workout schedule over 6 weeks.
We also have a Core Restore program that some moms need who have abdominal separation or back injuries and need to focus on builing core strength first.
We recommend beginners start on the BOOST Coaching option so you have access to additional support from a certified personal trainer. We'll be able to help you with questions about technique and make sure you get off to a great start with weekly check-ins.
If you have any injuries or special considerations, starting with the additional coaching support is highly recommended.

There's no long term committment in the BOOST subscription so you can cancel or adjust your subsription type at any time.
We suggest starting with 3 months to get comfortable with the workouts, and find that most clients see success with 3 months of Coaching at the beginning to work through any roadblocks, then moving down to our Community or Basic plan as needed.

The BOOST program was designed to meet the minimum weekly exercise recommendations from the CDC which are:
-2x weekly strength training on each major muscle group
-150 minutes moderate intensity exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise
In the BOOST program, we do 100 minutes of moderate intensity exercise each week through strength training intervals, and 20 minutes of vigorous cardio.
There is also 1 day of recovery each week with flexibility and mobility work to release tension.
